The need is recognized, the issues discussed, and the decision made. Your congregation is ready to expand the ministry by building new facilities. The dream begins to form.
Since 1975, Century Builders has earned the trust of visionary pastors and church leaders across the nation by taking them successfully through the Church Design/Build Process.
Every Sunday morning more than 250,000 people worship in a church designed and built by Century.
After more than a quarter of a century as an Church Design/Build industry leader, we still approach each project as enthusiastically as our first. We can honestly say that for us, “The Excitement is Building.” If you are facing a church building project, tour this site and discover why Century is among the most respected church builders in America. We look forward to helping you turn your dream into reality.
Founded in 1975, Century Builders is a General Contractor that specializes in the design and construction of a wide variety of church facilities. Over the past three decades, design trends and construction technology has become more complex, but our proven Design/Build Process has remained simple.
While collaborating with one of the best team of roofing contractors we have ever done business with here at Dillons Roofing – Tulsa Best Roofers, Century Builders still use our tried and proven Design/Build Process that is divided into three distinct steps:
Define the Need – Our exclusive Design Workbook provides a complete outline for the size of the building, the style, and the metrics that would be the best fit for your structure.
Develop the Design – This is where we shine and create an overall master plan for the site, floor, and elevation which are customized to meet your ministry’s desires and needs.
Determine the Cost – Where an honest, realistic, and accurate budget is planned out and prepared before any work is started.
Knowing how the new building will look and what the project will cost BEFORE investing time and money in plans the church cannot afford to build.
Preparation – This is where our architects and engineers combine their drawings and come up with an overall plan for any budget.
Pricing – We will determine an absolute maximum priced based on your personal and unique desires. Our pricing will never rise above our maximum estimation and is almost always lower than our original quote.
Century’s three decades of Design/Build experience means that you can relax and proceed to construction with confidence. Your dream will soon become a reality!
Full Service – Century’s Construction Team is experienced, professional and responsive. The Field Superintendent coordinates the subcontractors and is on-site daily to supervise every detail of the construction process. The Project Manager has ongoing communication with the Field Superintendent and is always available to discuss the Owner’s questions or concerns.
Full Satisfaction – The project is considered complete when the Owner is completely satisfied.
From the Design Step to the Dedication Service, Century will work to earn your trust and build your dream. Our Full Service/Full Satisfaction Program is one of many reasons Century is “America’s Choice for Church Design and Construction Since 1975”.
